Barry is a Certified Financial Planner and sales leader who trains, facilitates and coaches businesses and individuals in diverse areas of business, management, sales, marketing, leadership, communication skills, personal foundation and life planning. Barry excels at helping clients identify their ideal client profile, along with the prospect’s unique buying criteria and decision making processes. This technique is very effective in growing revenue and sales. He has made numerous speaking presentations to groups and trade associations.  Barry possesses a master’s degree in guidance and counseling which was brought to fruition with a distinguished career as a program director, guidance counselor and teacher trainer for the New York City Board of Education. After leaving the field of education, Barry received recognition as a top producing financial planner.

Subsequently, Barry ran his own financial planning agency with twenty career agents. His next venture was a unique employee benefits company, designing hourly administered health and pension benefits for non union government contractors. As CEO with twenty-five employees, Barry was known as the expert in Department of Labor rules and regulations for government contractors and has published numerous articles in CPA and construction trade journals communicating governmental procedures and regulations applied to employee benefits for federal, state and municipal contractors. Additionally, Barry has worked closely with the CPA community by providing seminars and training to help enhance their practices by bringing added value to their clients.

As a trained and certified business coach, Barry used this training along with his knowledge of the accounting community to coach the National Network of Accountants, an organization made up of financial planners partnering with accountants.

Barry maintains a private coaching and speaking practice. His target market is primarily small business owners, sales professionals and business executives. Barry is a very results oriented individual with the ability to put his clients at ease, while maintaining accountability.

Barry Laub has had his own radio talk show, has made many appearances on Cable TV, and has been a key speaker for local and national organizations. He has been requested to provide motivational presentations for diverse audiences throughout his career.
